CarneVino,
brand design
While working at Memo NY, I had the opportunity to work on lots of restaurant and hospitality branding. CarneVino was the first project I led from start to finish. The restaurant is no longer around, but I’m still really proud of this one.
CarneVino was a modern Las Vegas steakhouse with an Italian soul, a little swagger, and plenty of room for humor. I drew from the boldness and graphic language of classic Italian design, then pushed it into something that felt right for the restaurant’s distinctly bold Vegas personality. That approach carried through a huge range of collateral: oversized menus, chef coats, matches, trays, and the first time I saw a logo I designed etched into a steak knife. Not bad.
