Von, meaning “of” or “from” a place.

I see the world as a place where precision and instinct work hand in hand—where a good idea, like a good meal, balances tradition with a little rebellion. I’m drawn to stories that take unexpected turns, where a well-timed curveball makes something good unforgettable. Whether I’m building a brand, shaping a marketing strategy, or developing a product, I adapt to each project’s quirks and look for creative solutions that hold up.

I studied graphic design (and architecture) at Syracuse University before moving to New York City, where I began my career as an art director and designer at Margeotes, developing identities and advertising for brands including Godiva and Sapporo. At Memo NY, I focused on hospitality, working with chefs and restaurants to build brands and tell their stories. A detour into professional kitchens, where I worked as a chef, gave me a deeper understanding of culinary craftsmanship and storytelling. I later returned to design at Danone North America, developing brand strategies and packaging systems for national brands. More recently, my work with Elevation Meats brought design, marketing, sales, and product development together under one roof.

Twenty-five years later in Denver, I’m focused on design work that draws from all of those experiences. I like figuring out what makes a brand tick, whether global or boutique. Finding the right story and making sure the idea works from the big picture down to the smallest detail is where I get excited. When I’m not working on a brand, you’ll find me exploring Denver’s trails on my bike. My culinary skills are now focused on keeping my energetic 10-year-old well-fed.
